I got a 2005 Burgman 650. I need to remove that CVT bolt to fix my broken belt, but I can't get it loose. It is so tight that a 300nm impact wrench can't losen it up. Does anyone have suggestions to get it out?

The top foreward 8mm bolt is a pia to take out. I didn't bother reinstalling it.

Thanks for all the different videos. How come you didn't change the fork seals? Also, while I have not yet serviced my forks, I assume the tubes come completely apart (like on other bikes) to service the forks innards and would allow thorough cleaning without the need for the ATF/solvent flush? Finally, why no narration? If it's to be language-agnostic, couldn't non-English speakers just turn down the sound? Thanks.

I appreciate your videos but this one troubles me. Without audio explaining much, I believe there's no way this forms a dust-free seal at either the outer edge of the foam or the paper to foam interface (maybe I missed something where you applied sealant or hot glue but it didn't look like it). I can't recommend this "fix" if the foam edges and paper edges are not proven air-tight. On the subject of a better solution, the air filters are not changed that often so I'm not sure it's worth the effort or risk over the expected ownership of the machine. Am I missing something? I see as of this post's date the air filters are $45 at PartsZilla which I agree is exorbitant.

Hi ! I have a question please. This 4 springs that shown at 03:15 are responsible for dis-engage the cluch plats (at full stop) and the rollers that shown at 01:26 are responsible to engage the clutch plats when start do accelerate as the whole assembly start to spin by the RPM's. My question is Am I right ? this is how it works ? I have a slipping clutch at my Burgman 650 - and I want to ask if I'am correctly understand this specific centrifugal clutch assembly. Thank you for your time.

What size socket did you use on the clutch nut?

Hi! Really liked the video. I have a metalic kind of noise even when the bike is on idle that gets louder has soon we accelerate. This is a short video of it ua-cam.com/users/shortsvSjkz8DFqWE?feature=share . Do you think is the clutch? The noise appears to come from there but it is ratling sound . Maybe a bearing?

Just unplug this switche and pass the wires so it can start on side stand and apply hand brake so it won’t move because it’s annoying to put the heavy bike on center stand every time
